John James Carbone
John James Carbone, 60, of Scranton, died Tuesday at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton.
Born in Newark, N.J., son of the late James John Carbone and Janet Merritt Radcliffe, John often helped with the Little Sisters of the Poor with Sister Adrian and Sister Colleen. He loved music, his three birds and especially enjoyed the Christmas season. His tree was already up and decorated this year.
Surviving are two sisters, Janet Burgos, Newark, N.J.; and Joyce Rizzolo, Scranton; a brother, Robert Radcliffe, Cedar Grove, N.J.; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Carbone.
