Jean Bucciarelli, 92, of South Scranton, passed away Thursday evening at Regional Hospital, Scranton, surrounded by her children. She was the widow of the late Carmen Bucciarelli who passed away in 2004. The couple was married 53 years.
Born in Scranton she was the daughter of the late Robert and Wilma Budenbach Smith. She was a member of Hickory Street United Presbyterian Church, Scranton.
Surviving are her three children daughters Linda Kaminski, Scranton and Donna Bucciarelli, Scranton, son Steven , Scranton, who was her caregiver; a sister Henrietta Kresge and husband Donald, Stroudsburg; a brother in law Tony Bucciarelli, Scranton; a sister in law Florence Sheets, Moosic and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister Violet Davenport.
As per her wishes the funeral will be private with no public calling hours. Burial will take place in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton. Arrangements in trusted to Corey Brian Strauch Funeral homes, Scranton.
